U.S.S. Walton (V.4) by Jimlogan1701 U.S.S. Walton (V.4) by Jimlogan1701
Okay so i -
Overhauled the nacelle grills (theres a before and after shot in my scrapbook).
Put little red markers on the end of the phaser strips.
Added a phaser strip to the bottom of the engineering section.
Fiddled with the photon launchers on the front.
Mucked about with the deflector texture.
Lined up the nacelles properly as a couple were slightly out of place.
Flattened the saucer section sensor dome.
Fixed a problem with how the texture was mapped on the end of the nacelles.
Changed some of the colours on the nacelle pylons, a little less grey/blue now.
Overhauled the greebles either side of the main bridge, cant see them from this angle but they are much lower down and less bulky looking.
Started repainting some of the original red lines on the textures.
Also found time to save a couple of universe's and even get my highlights done too ;-)

Thanks for looking, Star Trek - Ambassador will resume shortly.

I really love this design, it has so many different elements in it from the different shows and movies. I like the large torpedo bay setup and beefed up neck between the saucer and main hull. I liked the TNG warp pylons from the earlier designs and thought you were going in a great direction but as the designer you have a better idea of what you are wanting it to look like. I am looking forward to seeing how move forward to this and if you don't mind me asking what program are you using to design and render this?
